Donation to Retail Webinar: Friday January 28th from 1:00-2:00pm EST on ZOOM

​Especially since the onset of the pandemic, we've heard from many partners that started distributing food at no cost utilizing emergency funds, and are now working on transitioning to retail sales programming. This can be challenging on your communications, customer service, and operations. So we thought we'd bring in a few partners that run both food banks and mobile market to discuss. Join us as we address this challenge in a panel discussion on Friday, January 28th from 1:00-2:00pm EST at the link below. 
 
We'll have panelists including Roberta Cosentino of Chester County Food Bank, Sherrie Tussler of Hunger Task Force, and others to talk about the following topics:
  1. How to communicate and differentiate between your donation-based and retail-based programming
  2. How to keep customers coming back after funding for free distribution runs out
  3. Interesting partnerships between mobile markets and food banks/pantries
  4. Program sustainability
 
This presentation will be helpful if you're looking to make this transition, if you are looking to partner with a food bank in your area, or if you've ever run a voucher or discount program for which the funding has expired.
